How to Use the Bulk Whitelist Channels Feature

📌 Introduction to Bulk Whitelist Channels

The Bulk Whitelist Channels feature allows users to quickly add multiple channels to the whitelist, helping save time when whitelisting authorized or partner-owned channels.

STEP 1: ACCESS THE ALLOWLIST SECTION

• Go to EMVN CMS

• Log in with an authorized account

• From the top menu, click on "Claims"

• Then from the left-hand menu, select "Allowlist"

  STEP 2: PASTE/ENTER CHANNEL LINK & SET WHITELIST DURATION

  • Click the "+ Add Channel" button at the top right corner.

  • Paste or enter the YouTube channel link into the input field.

  • 👉 Valid channel link formats:

    • https://www.youtube.com/channel/CHANNEL_ID  
    • https://www.youtube.com/user/USERNAME  
    • https://www.youtube.com/c/CUSTOM_NAME

  • The system will automatically detect the channel information from the link.

  • A pop-up will appear allowing you to optionally set the whitelist duration:

  • Start Date: The date when the whitelist becomes effective\n 

  • End Date (optional): The date when the whitelist ends\n 

  • If no dates are entered, the channel will be whitelisted permanently

  •  Click "OK" to confirm.

    

  STEP 3: ADD THE CHANNEL TO THE WHITELIST

  • After confirming the pop-up, click the "Add whitelist" button to complete the action.

  STEP 4: VERIFY THE WHITELISTED CHANNEL

  • When a channel is successfully whitelisted, the system will display a confirmation message and show the channel information in the list below.
