How to Use the Bulk Release Claims Feature
📌 Introduction to Bulk Release Claims
The Bulk Release Claims feature allows partners to quickly remove multiple Content ID claims across several YouTube videos with just a few simple steps — saving time and effort when managing claims.
👉 The entire process is done step-by-step through a visual interface, supporting both bulk and individual actions as needed.
STEP 1: ACCESS THE CLAIM SEARCH SECTION
- Log in to EMVN CMS
- Log in with an authorized account.
- From the top menu, click "Claims" section
- Then, in the left menu, select "Claim Search" to open the claim management interface.
STEP 2: SEARCH FOR VIDEOS WITH CLAIMS

Paste one or more YouTube video links into the search field.

Supported link formats:

https://youtu.be/\[VideoID\] or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=\[VideoID]
Note: You can paste multiple links at once, separated by spaces or commas (up to 10 links per search).
Example: https://youtu.be/abc123 https://youtu.be/xyz456
- Click "Search" to see the list of videos and their related claims.
- Click "Show details" to view claim information for each video.
STEP 3: SELECT CLAIMS TO BE RELEASED
When the results are shown, you can release claims in the following ways:
- Tick individual claims for each video.
- Or tick the entire video to select all claims within it.
👉 After selecting the desired claims, click "Release selected claims" to release all chosen claims.

If you only want to release a single claim, you can also click the "Release" button next to that specific track.
STEP 4: VERIFY CLAIM STATUS AFTER RELEASING
- Released claims will change status from "Active" to "Inactive".

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
- There is no confirmation dialog – please double-check before clicking "Release" or "Release selected claims."
- The release claim feature only applies to assets under CMSs integrated with EMVN's dashboard (e.g., SourceAudio, Shenblase Publishing)
