Network Menta Music
Operational Policies
- Partners must comply with YouTube Community Guidelines, Advertiser-Friendly Content Guidelines, and all other policies issued by YouTube.
- Partners must hold full copyright ownership of all content uploaded to their channels (including visuals and music).
- Partners are strictly prohibited from using artificial engagement services (such as buying likes), especially where likes exceed video views.
- Videos with approximately 2,000 views should have around 18–25 likes.
- Videos with more than 2,000 views should maintain a like ratio between 1% and 3% of total views (e.g., a video with 5,000 views should have around 70 likes).
- Partners are strictly prohibited from using any services to fraudulently generate YouTube Premium revenue.
Violation Penalties
- In the event of any violation of YouTube policies, the Network reserves the right to unilaterally terminate cooperation and unlink the channel without partner consent.
Network AllContent Music
Operational Policies
- Partners commit to uploading content regularly at a minimum frequency of one video per week.
- Partners must hold full copyright ownership of all uploaded content (images and music).
- Unless approved by the Network, partners may not change channel names without prior authorization.
Violation Penalties
- If a channel violates YouTube Community Guidelines, advertiser policies, other YouTube rules, is demonetized, or receives strikes, the Network may unilaterally terminate cooperation and unlink the channel without partner consent.
Network MCV
Operational Policies
- Partners must comply with all YouTube Community Guidelines, advertiser policies, and related regulations.
- Partners must fully own the copyright to all uploaded content (images and music).
- Partners are strictly prohibited from engaging in YouTube Premium revenue fraud.
Violation Penalties
- Upon any violation, partners must resolve the issue within two (2) days from notice.
- Failure to remedy violations within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of all Network support services.
- Partners must compensate for damages caused to the system and/or the Network may unilaterally terminate the contract.
- In serious cases significantly affecting the system, if unresolved within forty-five (45) days from notice, partners shall pay a penalty equal to 8% of the breached contractual obligation value in addition to actual damages.
Network Dinocollab
Operational Policies
- Partners must comply with all YouTube Community Guidelines, advertiser policies, and related regulations.
- Partners must fully own the copyright to all uploaded content (images and music).
- If content receives third-party claims, partners must resolve them within seven (7) days. If unresolved, the claimed content must be removed.
- Video descriptions must include:
- Title of the work, performing artist, and other relevant rights holders (if any)
- Official social media links of the individual or company
- Official music playlist links
- Contact information for content ownership inquiries (email, Facebook, phone, etc.)
- Clear declaration of content ownership or copyright authority
- Livestream policy: Each channel may operate a maximum of two (2) livestream streams, whether manual or automated.
Violation Penalties
Third-Party Strikes
- Must be resolved within fourteen (14) days.
- If unresolved after 14 days: penalty of 25% of monthly channel revenue.
- No additional strikes allowed within the following 30 days; otherwise, Dinocollab may remove content and terminate the contract.
Policy Violations
- Must be remedied within three (3) business days.
- Penalty: 10% of the highest monthly revenue.
Livestream Limit Violations
- Must be corrected within twenty-four (24) hours.
- Penalty: 10% of monthly channel revenue for each excess livestream.
Severe Fraud Cases (Premium abuse, automation codes, cookie stuffing, etc.)
- Partners must fully compensate damages equal to the CMS's total revenue for the last three (3) months.
Network Music Shake
Operational Policies
- Partners must consistently produce and upload content according to the agreed genre and format.
- Partners must comply with all YouTube policies and guidelines.
- Partners must fully own all uploaded content copyrights.
- Monthly channel revenue must exceed USD 1,000. Channels below this threshold may be removed or placed under special management.
Violation Penalties
- Intentional violations, genre deviation, fraud, or policy breaches will result in immediate non-payment of revenue.
Violation Handling
- Partners must resolve violations within fifteen (15) days, including:
- Community strikes
- Copyright strikes
- Channel termination
- Other serious violations
Compensation
- Channels earning below USD 10,000/month: penalty of VND 20,000,000 per violation (accumulative).
- Channels earning above USD 10,000/month: penalty equal to 8% of monthly revenue.
Demonetization Cases
- Must appeal and restore monetization within fifteen (15) days.
- If not restored: unpaid revenue will be withheld permanently.
- If restored: penalty of 8% of revenue for the violation month.

- First violation: 30% of affected revenue (minimum USD 1,000)
- Second violation: 50% of affected revenue (minimum USD 1,500)
- Third violation: 70% of affected revenue (minimum USD 2,000)
- Penalties are deducted from monthly revenue. Any shortfall must be paid directly by the partner.

- Partners must comply with all YouTube policies and guidelines.
- Partners must fully own all uploaded content copyrights.
Violation Penalties
- Any YouTube policy violation allows the Network to immediately terminate cooperation and unlink channels without partner consent.
HaHaHa Production
Operational Policies
- Partners must resolve all complaints and content issues within seven (7) business days of notice.
- Partners must fully own all uploaded content copyrights.
- Sensitive, offensive, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
- Strike resolution timeframe:
- One strike: ten (10) days
- Multiple strikes: five (5) days
Violation Penalties
- The Network may suspend or remove any content suspected of copyright infringement.
- Non-compliant content may be removed immediately.
- Partners bear full liability for damages caused to the Network.
- Contract may be terminated without further notice upon serious breaches.

Violation Penalties
Public Domain Violations
- Adjusted revenue payout only (not full entitlement)
