Guide to Removing Registered Tracks on EMVN CMS

1. Log In

  • Go to: <http://cms.emvn.co](http://cms.emvn.co).
  • Log in using your assigned CMS account.
  • Select the Content Delivery tab.
  • In Content Delivery, choose Sound Recording or Composition, depending on the type of track you want to delete.

The default interface after logging in displays the Content Delivery - Sound Recording screen.

2. Select Tracks to Delete

  • In the Content Delivery - Sound Recording interface (Image 1), check the box next to the track(s) you want to delete from the registered list.\nNote: You can select multiple tracks at once.
  • Click the "Remove [ ] asset from CID" button.
  • In the confirmation dialog, enter the reason for deletion and click "Delete".

Note: This action cannot be undone

3. Status Update

  • After submitting the deletion request, the track's Status will change to "Processing Removal".

Note: If the status does not update, click Reload to refresh the page.

  • Once the deletion process is complete, the Status will be updated to "Removed".

  • The process usually takes 1-2 days. Please wait for the system to complete the deletion.
